Caribbean Twist is owned and operated by Lyndon and Sherri Hibbert
Lyndon (from Jamaica) and Sherri (from Nova Scotia) together, have a wealth of experience that includes catering, restaurant management, running a corporation, business management, social services, ministry and good old fashion business etiquette.
Caribbean Twist operated as a catering company since 2002 and became a restaurant that does catering, eat-in, take-out and delivery in 2009.
Caribbean Twist is expanding its service to include a market that will supply Halifax with the best in Caribbean spices, drinks, can goods, snacks, treats, etc.
